Paul Rutt, Managing Director of Deeside company B2 Business Systems was delighted to be awarded Employer of the Year at the recent Flintshire Business Awards.

The award, sponsored by Gardners Accountants was given to B2 for their implementation of leading edge work-life balance policies and practices.

"We've worked hard at establishing a strong working team and implementing initiatives that encourage a strong work-life balance." says Paul Rutt. "Winning this award is a fantastic achievement and shows that we are getting things right. Without the team behind me this wouldn't have been achieved and I'd like to personally thank them for all their support."

Melanie Langton-Davies, who helped judge the award says: "There were some very strong contenders for this award but B2 Business Systems stood out as being one of the leading companies in the area creating a positive approach to a work-life balance and they strongly deserve to win."

B2 Business Systems also walked away with the Most Innovative Company Award making them a double winner.
