Flintshire County Council are providing free training sessions on Tuesday 21^st  and  Wednesday  22^nd February on advice on how to manage your business during the continued economic downturn.

The event, called Smart Solutions for Tough times, is being held over two days and includes seminars, presentations, networking opportunities, Q & A and surgeries.

Day one, being  held at the Days Hotel, Welsh Road, Queensferry , will have topics informing you about funding opportunities available from EU programmes, Welsh Government information on support available to businesses , and to end the day Developing Peak Performance through Mental Toughness.  

Day two being held  at the Deeside Enterprise Centre, Rowleys Drive, Shotton, includes how  to access  funded training via the Workforce Development Programme, a presentation on how to lead by example and create and maintain a positively focused team through coaching, and to round the event off their will be an hour of Business Clinics by appointment.
