Gardners - Chartered Accountants

For the second year running Gardners Accountants sponsored Flintshire’s Employer of the Award and are delighted to announce the 2010 winners, who are - Parkway Telecom of Saltney, Flintshire.

Selected for their hands on approach to employee relations Parkway Telecom provided evidence of their positive people management style. John Gardner presented the award to Parkway’s Managing Director, Paul Maddocks, at the Flintshire Business Awards Dinner held at Soughton Hall, Mold.

John says:  “As well as having a hands on Managing Director, who clearly communicates the strategy of their company’s aims and objectives, their comprehensive training and development programme brings out the best in their staff.

 “Parkway Telecom have certainly proved that they deserve this award.”

 Paul Maddocks, Parkway Telecom Group Managing Director thanked Gardner for the award saying: “We are committed to delivering a first class telecoms service to Chester & North Wales.
